How Can You Offer Such Great Prices?
We specialise in providing only black wedding dresses, which lets us focus on providing the best quality, at the best price. Additionally, we operate solely online. As a result, we have far fewer overheads than your average bridal shop. This lets us pass the savings directly to you. There's no sense in overpaying.
Are the prices in AU or US dollars?
Our prices are all in US Dollars. The good news is that the Australian dollar is very strong right now! Our dresses are approximately $1,068 in Australian dollars. When you checkout, Paypal will adise the current exchange rate.
When Should I Order My Dress?
As soon as you find your dream dress, we recommend placing your order. This allows you plenty of time to get your measurements and time for us to create your dress. We highly recommend at least 30 days before your big day, but of course we prefer as much time as you can give us.
How Do I Order A Dress?
Three easy steps:
1. Find your dream dress by browsing Our Dresses.
2. Click the “Buy Now” link and arrange payment via PayPal.
3. Download the Dress Measurements sheet and send us your measurements.
Once you’ve sent your measurements in, we’ll get your dress made and sent out right away.
What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?
We prefer to use Paypal, as it has the best features for buyers and sellers alike. Everyone is protected. You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay with Visa or Mastercard.
Can I Pay In Installments?
Generally, we prefer to accept one-off payments of the full amount. However, if you would prefer to get the ball rolling by making payments in installments, we are happy to arrange this with you. Can I Make A Large/Bulk Order?

What Measurements Do You Need?
When you place your order, you will be given the option to download our measurement sheet. Alternatively, just click here to download it: My Black Wedding Dress Measurements.
We highly recommend that you have someone else help you with your measurements. Taking your own measurements can sometimes lead to mistakes and we want to make sure the dress fits you perfectly. Consider having a seamstress measure take your measurements.
I Want To Lose Weight Before The Wedding. How Does That Affect My Dress Order?
Our advice is to order the dress with your current measurements. This will provide you the greatest fit for your current measurements, which will make it easire (and more affordable) to alter. Additionally, this will give us plenty of time to make the dress for you. Any experienced seamstress can alter the dress to your new size once you receive it. Alterations are generally quite inexpensive.
Thus, as soon as you find your dream dress, we recommend placing your order. This allows you plenty of time to get your measurements and time for us to create your dress. We highly recommend at least 30 days before your big day, but of course we prefer as much time as you can give us.

How Can I Track The Progress Of My Order?
After you place your order, you will receive several emails from My Black Wedding Dress regarding the status of your dress. One of these emails will include the tracking number after your dress has been shipped.
When Will I Get My Dress?
We will begin creating your dress as soon as we receive your measurements. Within 4 weeks, it will be finished and sent to you. Typical shipping times are 7 to 14 business days, depending on your location.
What Does Shipping Cost?
Nothing! Shipping is absolutely free, anywhere in the world.
Customs and Import Duties
Depending on your country's laws, your dress may be subject to customs, import duties or taxes. We cannot predict what these charges may be. If you do incur any additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your dress to clear customs. For more information, please seek your local customs office. This is why we have offered shipping free of charge.
Can I Cancel My Order?
You may cancel your dress order. However, we start making your dress immediately upon receiving the order. Thus, if you do cancel your order, you will be charged $200. The remainder of the cost of the dress ($799) will be returned to you. After your dress has shipped, your order cannot be cancelled. Please Contact Us if you wish to cancel your order.
How Are Returns Handled?
If a mistake has been made and your dress not does fit properly, please return it. We will create you a new gown and refund the shipping fees you incur. We do not offer refunds, but are happy to remake a gown if we made a mistake. Please Contact Us if there is a problem with your dress.
